This set is in a shiny black color with embellishments in Metalic gold and a rust orange/red color. The pieces vary in condition. Some pieces are in perfect condition with gold metal leaf in perfect condition, some have wear. The dish ware itself is the same, some in excellent condition, and some with worn metalic decor. The dishes are in vintage condition with signs of wear, some with some scratches, some without.
You are welcome to inspect the pieces personally. I feel strongly about transparency so I include my opinions of the condition.
