Private room for sublease May-July 2023!
I’m looking for someone to sublease the rest of my lease in a lovely Hyde Park 3x1 bungalow May 1-July 31. Start date is flexible and can be mid-late April if needed.
Rent: $833.33/mo plus utilities.
Room: The room is the corner bedroom facing the side and back of the house. It will be furnished with a full size bed, a dresser, and a small laptop desk and chair. There is also a closet with some storage space. Arrangements can be made for the room to be unfurnished, as well.
House: The house is a 3BR with a spacious kitchen and big backyard. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 lovely women in their late 20s who are both postgrads at UT. The house is well-kept and has A/C, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. Nearest bus stop is conveniently at the end of the block, and Hancock HEB is just a few minutes walk. Also features free street parking.
