I have a townhome in the South Lamar neighborhood and am seeking a professional female roommate. It is a private room and bathroom. The home, besides the room for rent, is fully furnished. It is a two story townhome with 2.5 baths. The third bedroom is my office, so you would only have one other roommate. Rent is $1,300 and does not include utilities. Utilities are usually around $150, which includes water, trash, power, lawn care, gas, and internet. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants, and coffee. Move in April.
