Wonderful room in East Austin with the best roomies available Oct 1!!
I’m sadly moving for job reasons and need a subleaser for my room in a 3 bed 2.5 bath house starting Oct 1. The lease runs until July 2024 but can likely be renewed after that. Utilities vary but room is usually under $1,150/mo for everything. It has a big closet and an en-suite bathroom but the shower is shared.
It‘s the cutest house with amazing roommates (both 25 y/o women, love doing outdoorsy things, going to concerts/shows, and thrift shopping!). The house has on-street parking, a patio, big fenced yard, fire pit, and huge shed for bikes, paddle boards, etc. The neighborhood is charming and very hilly which makes for great sunset walks. Walking distance to webberville food trucks (desnudo coffe!), e 6th bars/restaurants, and beautiful green belt :)
