Antique Bronze Art Nouveau Floor Lamp with Marble Base
The ornate based is accented with a round marble disc, has tremendous weight; won't topple over. Interior socket switch replaced, and the outer shell is the original brass covering. The molded glass shade is not original, but is from the same era & appropriate in style. Has an adjustable shade angle lock. Romantic theme of floral rosettes and long, sinuous & organic arches found on the arm, top finial and base. The lamp has ornate details, giving it a beautiful and intricate appeal. Crafted with multiple pieces rather than the normal one piece cast.

Preowned, good condition, consistent with use & age. The cord was changed to a twisted cloth cord. The marble base is in excellent condition. Has these striking fissures, found naturally within marble. These are not cracks. The shade has small chips on the top edge; when mounted to the lamp, not visible. Spots of verdigris from the iron found throughout the lamp. Please review photos for details.
