Free Ikea Pax Wardrobe Hacked Into Pantry
Disassembled for pickup but person did not show. Free if you can pick up by Wednesday evening.
IKEA wardrobe repurposed into pantry.
Dimensions approximately 93" (H) x 29.25 (W) x 15" (D) with doors.
Originally IKEA brown black color, inside repainted off white, door painted gray, outer sides and bottom of drawer covered in peel and stick wallpaper. Some small paint chipping on interior.
Inside has 6 configurable shelves (1 not shown), one drawer, 2 baskets. IKEA still sells pax units of this dimension and different interior options can be purchased.
The (sock) drawer is perfect height for spice jars (shelf removed for picture to display this, was used with shelf immediately on top.
This unit MUST BE anchored to the wall (2 bolts at top of unit) in order to be stable because of the height. Once bolted it is extremely stable and was fully loaded with heavy pantry items with no issues.
