Looking for roommate in 78704 3bed duplex!
My roommate and I have a cute 3bed 2.5 bath duplex walking distance to Matts El Rancho, Patika, and Radio Coffee. We are looking for a 3rd roommate, ideally starting at the beginning of December. Rent is super affordable at $775 for a great location. We are both 27, work hybrid schedules, and have 1 sweet cat in the house that is super friendly :) happy to chat more or answer any questions you have! Unfortunately, no dogs at this time since we already have 1 animal in the house.
