Why do Austin women need their own buy & sell?

For any downtown Austin moms, I have a wonderful part time nanny who is currently taking care of our 10 week old but would like more hours to get to a 40+ hour/week schedule. We're helping her look for another family very close by that needs childcare help (or that would be interested in a NANNY SHARE). She doesn't have a car and would like to be able to walk between the families. We're near 5th and Lamar, in the downtown/Seaholm area right off Town Lake. M’s been through a formal au pair training program and has had extensive experience taking care of triplets!
